That teaser video hints as some impressive camera zoom skills.
Following the hugely successful Huawei P20 Pro launch last year, Huawei is back with another launch event this March for the forthcoming P30 series of smartphones. Officially confirmed in a tweet this morning, Huawei has confirmed that it will be hosting a launch event in Paris on March 26th. A short teaser-video shows the Eiffel Tower, Arc de Triomphe and Notre-Dame de Paris with the strap line that “rules were made to be rewritten”. Quite what that means is anyone’s guess at this stage but the video does zoom in on each of the French monuments, suggesting that the P30 will be packing some serious camera zoom powers.
With this launch event, this also means that there will likely be no flagship launch announcement from Huawei at Mobile World Congress (MWC) this year, with the Huawei preferring to host their own event. However, we’re sure Huawei will still be out in force at MWC showcasing it’s 5G network capabilities and some additional mobile phones being added to it’s product range.
The first three month’s of 2019 have been pretty exciting for smartphone tech. Honor launched the stunning View 20 last month, Samsung are hosting a Galaxy S10 event on February 20th (a few days before MWC) and now we have Huawei confirmed for March.
We’ll have all the coverage from MWC and Huawei and Samsung events right here at Direct Mobiles, plus of course a round up of the best deals around.
So, what’s it going to be? Honor View 20, Samsung Galaxy S10 or the Huawei P30 Pro? Let us know in the Comments or on Twitter.
