The Lowdown on the Blackberry Curve 9320

BlackBerry_Curve_9320If you’re looking for a great value BlackBerry handset, the BlackBerry Curve 9320 is certainly worth checking out.  Available in either black or white the BB Curve 9320 comes with a 2.44-inch screen and features a traditional QWERTY BlackBerry keyboard.

As the name suggests, the BB Curve has been designed to fit ergonomically in the palm of your hand and weighs in at just over 100 grams. The 512MB of internal storage can be increased significantly up to 32GB with a MicroSD card. The 3.2-megapixel camera comes with an LED flash and image stabilisation.

BlackBerry Messenger (BBM) fans will love the BBM shortcut key to chat to friends or share files, pictures or videos. BBM is also built-in to some of the most popular apps which include Facebook, Twitter, BlackBerry Travel, BBM Music and the BlackBerry App World store.

The Curve 9320 runs on the BlackBerry 7.1 operating system which has some useful features such as Mobile Hotspot where you can create your own wi-fi hotspot and use it to connect up to 5 devices and BBM integrated Twitter and Facebook which means you can use your social media updates as your BBM status from within your Twitter or Facebook feeds. The 7.1 OS also includes voice-activated search and speech to text translation and built-in NFC (Near Field Communication) which enables you to share apps, music, photos etc when you line-up your BB handset with the back of another NFC-enabled mobile.

The BlackBerry Curve also comes with an in-built FM Radio, a decent battery which will give you 7 hours of talk time or 18 days on standby and wi-fi connectivity which enables you to use wi-fi for calls rather than using your mobile plan minutes. All in all, the BlackBerry Curve 9320 handset offers superb value for money and is ideal for those on a budget and predominately need a handset which makes calling, messaging and communicating simple and efficient.
