Consumer Electronics Show 2019

You may have noticed that every news channel, website  and newspaper are reporting on a show/conference currently running in Las Vegas. The CES has been running for over 50 years.  While it may have introduced the world to some of the most useless inventions ever, such as the internet connected toilet which measures how many times it has been used (why?). The show has over the years introduced to the world some very influential tech, check out the list below:

It is really 50 years since the the VCR was launched and nearly 40 years since the launch of the compact disc?

You can see from the list that not all of the most influentials electronic products were announced there. Where is the Walkman? Where is the mobile phone and more importantly where is the iPhone? I am sure you would agree there are some  pretty special products in the list but the most important invention of the last 50 years missed out!
